Pillar Sparks is designed to challenge kids through 6-weeks of fun-filled interval training. Class programs change daily, and kids will be exposed to many different types of fitness and exercises. Pillar Sparks is for kids ages 6-11. This class is great for any kid looking to stay active! Classes are offered in 6-week sessions and are Monday and Wednesdays 6:30-7:30 pm.
